Terms and Conditions

🌿 Terms & Conditions – Wedding Flowers

These terms apply to all wedding flower bookings made with Asteria Florals. By paying your booking fee, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 1. General Terms (All Weddings)

​

Booking Fee & Payments

• A non-refundable booking fee of £25 is required to secure your wedding date.

• This fee covers admin, correspondence, date reservation, and initial planning time.

• Your date is not confirmed until the booking fee is received.

• The final balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the wedding date.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer / invoice .

• ​

Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel your wedding flowers at any stage, the booking fee remains non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made in writing (email/message).

• If cancellation occurs:

  • More than 3 months before the wedding: Only the booking fee is retained.

  • Within 3 months: 50% of the total balance is payable.

  • Within 4 weeks of the wedding: The full balance is payable due to flowers, materials, and time already committed.

 

Force Majeure

• In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, emergency, extreme weather), we will do our best to find a replacement florist.

• If no replacement can be found, a full refund (including the booking fee) will be given.

 

Substitutions

• All flowers are subject to seasonal availability.

• We reserve the right to make suitable substitutions of equal or greater value and quality, maintaining the agreed style and palette.

 

Collection, Delivery & Care

• Flowers may be collected from our studio by prior arrangement.

• Delivery and/or venue set-up may be available and is charged based on location and time requirements.

• Once delivered or collected, flowers become the responsibility of the client.

• We are not liable for damage or deterioration caused by handling, transport, weather, or venue conditions.

 

Hire Items (if applicable)

• All hired items (e.g. vases, props) remain the property of Asteria Florals .

• Items must be returned within 3 days or a collection fee will apply.

• Any loss or damage will be charged at full replacement value.

 

Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to take photographs of your flowers for use on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.

By booking with us, you grant permission for us to share:

• Images of the floral designs we create for your wedding

• Photographs that may include you, your partner, or guests (e.g. bouquet shots, buttonhole moments, venue styling)

We will always use images respectfully and professionally.

If you prefer that we do not share photographs that include you or your guests, please notify us in writing before your wedding date.

 

2. Bespoke Wedding Flowers

This service includes custom wedding floral design based on your individual brief. It may involve consultations, mood boards, flower variety preferences, and venue installations.

• Consultations are included in your quote or charged separately if no booking is made.

• Flower varieties and designs will be created based on availability, budget, and seasonal suitability.

• Bespoke weddings may involve on-site set-up, breakdown, and additional labour charges, which will be agreed in advance.

 

3. Choose & Bloom – Simplified Wedding Flowers

​

This service is designed for couples who want beautiful flowers with a simpler, streamlined booking process.

• You choose your colour palette and required items from our set menu.

• We design your flowers using a seasonal mix of blooms in our signature style.

• Choose & Bloom does not include consultations, custom flower requests, or installations.

• You may collect your flowers from our studio or request local delivery (fees apply).
