These Terms & Conditions apply when ordering or purchasing an arrangement with Asteria Florals, By accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

The website is operated by Asteria Florals and We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page at our discretion.

 

 

Flower Orders with Asteria Florals

Fresh Material
Asteria Florals makes every effort possible to match requests of colours, varieties, sizes and quantities of fresh floral materials and the client understands that those fresh products and materials are subject to the laws of nature. If a specific match of the highest quality cannot be made to the original contracted items, substitutions will be made at the sole discretion of Asteria Florals for a product of an equal or higher value.

Accountability

Once any flowers leave our studio premises/delivery vehicle, Asteria Florals are no longer responsible for any damages incurred due to mishandling, transit, weather, etc.

For weddings, events and funerals Asteria Florals cannot be held accountable for contracted items damaged during the course of the event by weather (heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.) or persons other than Asteria Florals staff members.

Forces beyond our control
If Asteria Florals is not able to perform or provide in entirety its contracted services or products for any reason, not limited to, but including Acts of God, war, civil disturbances, road closures, severe traffic, fire, casualty, or other causes beyond the control of both parties, all payments with the exception of the deposit will be returned in full.

Additions:

Additions and subtractions can be made to a current wedding order within 3 weeks of the wedding/event.  A separate invoice will be sent for those items.  Please contact Asteria Florals directly for assistance with changes.

Flower Substitutions
Asteria Florals reserves the right to make substitutions in the event the flowers received are not of the quality suitable for your flower order. In this event, the integrity of the proposed colour scheme will be maintained and flowers of equivalent value will be used.

Deliveries

Deliveries within the local area are made by hand and delivery charges will apply at the set rate to recipients’ location. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays (apart from exceptions on special occasions, which will have been discussed prior)

 

We operate on next day delivery, however we may be able to offer same day depending on design chosen, Florist Choice can be done same day,  If orders are placed outside working hours the delivery will be processed the following working day or on a date stated by yourself.

 

Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating that delivery was attempted.

The delivery person may, at their own discretion, leave with a neighbour or other safe place, however, a re-arrange may be needed. If a further attempt is unsuccessful a new delivery charge may be added.

 

For flowers going to specific destinations such as medical centres, we will need further instruction for delivery in which we will arrange with you.

 

If ordering flowers as a gift for a new baby, please check the family have returned from home before placing your order to avoid the flowers being delivered prematurely.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

Should you need to cancel or amend your order please notify us as soon as possible by telephone/ direct message on 07710134246 or emailing carlie@asteriaflorals.co.uk, at least 24 hours before the delivery date.

If your order has been dispatched you will be fully charged.

For wedding/event or sympathy arrangements your order may be cancelled if notice is given 3 weeks in advance of the pick-up/delivery date of the order. All flower cancellations made after the 3 week will receive a partial refund as work and preparation will have already taken place in progression of the order. The deposit will be non refundable. Flower orders being cancelled within 45 days of the wedding/event are eligible for a full refund minus a £50 administrative fee and non refundable deposit.
