We want you to feel confident when ordering your flowers. Below, you’ll find answers to common questions about our daily gift bouquets, including delivery, design, care, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
Terms & Conditions — Daily Gift Bouquets
🌸 Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?
No — our photos are examples that show the overall theme, colour palette (e.g., pastels, brights, neutrals), and style. Each bouquet is unique and may differ slightly in flower types and exact appearance depending on seasonal availability and florist creativity.
🚚 How does delivery work?
Local delivery (£3):

Includes one delivery attempt and a courtesy call if the recipient is not home.
Out-of-area delivery (from £5):

Includes one delivery attempt only.

If the recipient is unavailable, the bouquet will be left in a safe place (at the driver’s discretion) or returned to us.

A second delivery can be arranged for an extra delivery fee, or the bouquet can be collected by the customer and delivered personally.
💐 Is there a minimum spend?
Yes — there is a minimum spend of £30 on all gift bouquets. This ensures we can maintain the quality of our flowers and designs.
🧊 What if my arrangement is in floral foam?
If your bouquet or arrangement is made in floral foam:

Carefully top up the foam with a little water each day.

Keep it in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Foam arrangements are still made with fresh flowers and are perishable, so lifespan may vary.
🌿 How can I make my flowers last longer?
To help your flowers stay fresh:

Place them in clean water as soon as possible.

Change the water every two days.

Keep them away from direct sunlight, heat, and draughts.
Please note, as flowers are natural and perishable, we can’t guarantee a specific number of days for freshness.
😟 What if I’m not happy with my bouquet?
We want you to be delighted with your flowers. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including a photo and details of your concern. We’ll review each situation individually and may offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
⚠️ Are there any safety or allergy warnings?
Yes. Some flowers and foliage can cause allergies or be harmful if ingested by pets or children. Please handle your arrangement carefully and keep it out of reach of small children and animals.
❌ Can I cancel or change my order?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or major changes, as each bouquet is made to order using fresh flowers. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
🏡 What happens if I give the wrong delivery information?
Please double-check that all delivery details (address and contact number) are correct. We can’t be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
